The act of creating feels magical to me because, like most design processes, it begins with something simple: a line. From that, something emerges that you can feel.

I like lines for their simplicity. Lines are one-dimensional, but through repetition they create rhythm. That rhythm brings a sense of calm to both the way I work and the way the work is experienced.

I’m drawn to slow, focused making. Whether I’m working with markers on paper or 3D-printing objects layer by layer, the process is part of the result. The layers, the rhythm, and the time it takes to make something remain visible.

I try to create work that invites you to slow down for a moment, to look a little longer, and to notice how simple forms can shape the atmosphere of a space.

Take your time to look around. I hope you’ll find something you connect with.
