These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the Entrepreneur and to every Agreement concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer via the webshop.
Before the Agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the Consumer in a durable format.
By placing an order, the Consumer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
-
The Entrepreneur shall provide a clear and accurate description of the Products offered.
All images and descriptions are indicative. Minor deviations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the Products.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the Entrepreneur.
-
The Agreement is concluded at the moment the Consumer places an order via the webshop and completes the payment process.
The Entrepreneur will confirm the order by e-mail.
The Entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional cases, such as suspicion of misuse or fraud.
-
All prices stated in the webshop are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Any additional costs, such as shipping costs, will be clearly communicated before the Agreement is concluded.
Payment is currently offered via iDEAL. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to add additional payment methods in the future.
The Consumer is obliged to provide correct and complete payment details.
-
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Consumer.
Delivery is carried out via a shipping partner selected by the Entrepreneur.
Estimated delivery times will be communicated in the webshop or during the checkout process.
The Entrepreneur shall exercise due care when receiving and executing orders.
If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, the Consumer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
-
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after receiving the Product, without stating reasons, unless an exception applies.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products that are custom-made or clearly personalized, as permitted under applicable EU consumer law.
Further details regarding the withdrawal procedure and any exceptions will be specified in the return policy of the webshop.
-
The Entrepreneur guarantees that the Products comply with the Agreement, the specifications listed in the offer, and reasonable standards of quality and usability.
Due to the handmade and artistic nature of the Products, minor imperfections may occur and are considered inherent characteristics rather than defects.
Any complaints about defects should be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
-
The Entrepreneur’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Consumer for the Product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
The Entrepreneur is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability in cases where limitation is not permitted by law.
-
Complaints about the performance of the Agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to the Entrepreneur within a reasonable time after the Consumer has discovered the defects.
The Entrepreneur will respond to complaints within a reasonable period.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Consumer may submit the dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
-
All intellectual property rights relating to the Products, designs, images, and content of the webshop remain with the Entrepreneur.
The Consumer may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from the Entrepreneur.
-
The Entrepreneur is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, production issues, or governmental measures.
-
All Agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
-
The Entrepreneur reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The applicable version is the version in force at the time the Agreement is concluded.
